We had a great experience purchasing our Fiber Laser from Senfeng. The whole process went smooth from start to finish. Cyrus our technician spent a month with us at our shop in Colorado helping setup and program our machine while answering all of our questions. SenFeng sells an excellent product. The build quality is very good. I only give 4 stars because service can be a little touchy. It seems like they need to understand the US way of doing business a little more. In the meantime, we are really liking our second SenFeng product, a 3000 KW handheld welder.

Loving our SF3015G. We are sheet metal shop that does commercial ductwork and custom fab. We cut, form, and weld aluminum, steel, stainless, and galvanized of all shapes and sizes. This machine is nearly a complete replacement for our 60”x240” 100 amp plasma table.

We have been running a table/tube system for about 2 years now. We have had good success given the difficult time when we started our company given shut downs. Our main reason we went with Senfeng was that they had the ability to address a downtime issue in a 1-2 day period. They have techitions stateside as well as replacement equipment. I bought a 3kw fiber laser a little over a year ago. The team at Senfeng were very helpfull with all the questions and information I needed when planing the purchase and install.
