2. Optional ±45° Bevel Laser Cutting Head

The dedicated bevel laser cutting head can break through the common 0° straight cutting to enable ±45° beveling in V, X, Y and K shapes.

3. Integrated Fully-enclosed Structure Good for Safety & Eco Protection

The protective structure goes with 3-color warning lights, lifting door and leather curtain to make itself more airtight and prevent laser & fume dispersion. The front-mounted sealed distribution cabinet, with inner circulating air conditioner, maintains constant temperature for electrical components and laser generator, adapting to most workplaces.

4. Popular Dual Hydraulic Lifting Platform at Enhanced Efficiency

Driven by hydraulic mode, the dual platform are always at same location after swapping for cutting, with no need for adjusting the capacitive sensing height of cutting head, sharply lessening wait time. Our innovative combined-type oil cylinders achieve millisecond-level synchronization and ensure more stable swapping.

5. Excellent Mechanical Construction Making Medium-thick Plate Cutting Stable

Heavy-duty thermally isolated hollow bed can block heat transfer effectively to keep precision always high. Aerospace-grade AL beam has features of good rigidity, light weight and extremely high ability in resisting vibration and deformation, maintaining indeformable after long-term use.

6. Superior Anti-burning Ability Special for High-power Cutting

The bed is internally covered with anti-burning graphite plates/red copper and firebricks that block heat transfer and resist high temperature & molten slags, in this way, preventing bed damage and extending machine life.

7. Intelligent Smoke-free Dust Extraction System with Nearly 100% Rate

Zoned exhaust enables real-time dust extraction that follows laser cutting head; inward-opening dampers feature the larger suction inlets for increased airflow, eliminating damper jamming and realizing truly smoke-free effects.
