1. Take Concurrent Control of Two Machines
Due to specially designed synchronization device, two bending machines can work concurrently to address the difficulty of bending ultra-long sheets. Both synchronous operation and working alone are available to provide all users with different chooses.

2. Sheet Positioning in Right Place
The machine has multi-axis backgauge and uses worm and worm gear to move up and down, backwards and forwards. 4 backgauge fingers are also attached in order to prevent sheets from sagging and make workpiece bending better.

3. Mechanical Deflection Compensation
In order to make bending precision high enough, the system is used for compensating the upper and lower beam in case of flexural deflection by controlling wedge blocks based on actual compensations. With that, it is good to bridge the difference between bending sheets tellingly.
