1. Faster Bending Speed than a CNC Press Brake
With bending speed of 0.5s/time, the machine works three times faster than common CNC bending machine, in favor of the decrease of production and labor costs.
2. Universal Bending Tools
They are made of high-strength alloy/die steel and have got through dozens of procedures including solid forging, tempering and quenching. With high abrasive resistance and long lifetime, the whole machine can bend for more than one million times and need minimum tool replacement.
3. Bend in Various Shapes
This panel bender offers fully-automatic bending and requires no manual intervention while it bends in right, acute, obtuse angle, and in complex shapes like arc, dead edge, U-shaped and enclosed type. Besides, bending up & down and level-up bending are also feasible.
4. Suction-cup Loading System
Suck up and spin sheets within the range of 360°. Its two guiding rules enable accurate positioning and adjust bending angle automatically. Soft brushes are particularly installed on machine bed to protect sheets from possible scratch. This machine is suitable for bending light and thin sheets.
5. High-performing Control System
EtherCAT is a high-performance, real-time Ethernet-based fieldbus system that is widely used in industrial automation applications, including bending machines.
