1. Cut Small Tubes at Fast Speed
With pioneer ultra-fast tube cutting and laser energy precise-control technology, it is roughly 50% faster than other similar models while cutting small tubes. As a result, cutting section is smooth and free of burr, overburning or thermal deformation.

2. ±45° Bevel Cutting
Its autofocus laser cutting head, coupled with two pneumatic chucks special for beveling, can cut round, square and rectangular tubes, angle and channel steels into ±45° bevels, facilitating later welding and streamlining previous procedures.
3. Cut Long Tubes at High Precision
The servo-controlled follow-up supports are used to adjust tube center to be coaxial with that of chucks, and they always cling to tube surface for more precise lifting. Due to the segmented supports, you will prevent low cutting precision caused by long tube sagging.
4. Intelligent Bus-based CNC System
The system, based on bus real-time device, is internally outfitted with content-rich tube cutting process library. In this way, users can export and store cutting processes at will.

- Make low demands on tube quality while clamping, so that cutting becomes faster at higher precision.
- Need no drawing. Both automatic and manual nesting are available to identify a variety of files in multiple formats automatically. Hence, tube utilization will be greatly improved.

This machine comes standard with fully-automatic loading device, which means multiple tubes are automatically loaded in one go, raising loading speed. Moreover, users are also permitted to select semi-automatic loading and automatic unloading devices to support their cutting demands.
