Recently, SENFENG completed the installation and training of a new 1530G 3000W fiber laser cutting machine for a customer in the United States. Our after-sales engineer, Mr. Zhai Anjian, provided comprehensive machine operation training, maintenance guidance, and on-site technical support to ensure smooth machine handover and customer satisfaction.

Training and Operation Guidance

During the visit, the main focus was to train the customer on daily machine operations, safe usage procedures, and routine maintenance. This ensures the customer can operate the machine efficiently and maintain stable cutting performance in the long term.

Cutting Parameter Optimization

In addition to the new equipment, the engineer also helped the customer optimize cutting parameters on another existing machine. The optimized materials include:

16mm, 12mm, and 10mm carbon steel

6mm and 10mm stainless steel

After multiple test cuts and adjustments, the customer was very satisfied with the improved cutting quality. The acceptance form was signed on-site, and photos were taken to complete the handover.

Mouse Interference Issue Resolved

The customer previously experienced severe mouse lag caused by electrical interference.
To solve this, the engineer strengthened two grounding lines, which significantly reduced the interference. The customer was advised to observe the performance over the next few days, and if the issue persists, we will provide ferrite cores along with installation instructions.

Completion and Return Trip

After completing all work, the engineer returned to New York by car and arrived safely later that night.
