Adopt ±45° Bevel Laser Cutting Head

Paired with a five-axis 3D bus-based control system, this high-end laser cutting head goes beyond conventional limits to deliver ±45° beveling in V, X, Y and K shapes.

Heavy-duty Machine Bed at High Stability

The special floor-mounted rack bed offers exceptional stability and rigidity, maintaining high accuracy even during fast moving. Its modular, spliced design will simplify both processing of oversized workpieces and machine transport.

Graphite Plates Featuring Burn Protection

The machine bed is covered with graphite plates that resist high temperature, block laser penetration and stand up to molten slags. This protects the platform and bed from destroy, prolonging the machine’s service life.

Fully-enclosed Beam for Safety & Cleaner Operation (Optional)

An enclosed protective chamber integrated into the beam moves in sync with laser cutting head, helping contain fumes and block laser radiation for safer, more eco-friendly operations.

Reserve micro-connections at the end of cutting, which can be easily broken by hands and result in a clean edge with virtually no visible marks.
Jump Function
Laser cutting head automatically hops over the cut parts to reduce idle travel time by at least 70% and protect itself well.
Auto Edge Detection
Utilize sensor to detect, calibrate actual position & angle of plate automatically, improving cutting accuracy and speed.
Countersink Cutting
