Laser & Flame Hybrid, Built for Medium-to-thick Carbon Steel Plate (≥1.57 in)
This hybrid method addresses limitations of standalone laser cutting, which struggles with very thick plate and comes with high operating costs, while overcoming drawbacks of flame cutting, such as slow speed on medium-to-thin plate, difficulty piercing, and low automation. It’s a solid fit for heavy equipment, shipbuilding, power tower, and similar industries.

Do Well in Thick-plate Piercing
No preheating or bench drilling required. Piercing speed is over 5 times faster, with a piercing time of ≤15s for ultra-thick plate up to 7.87 inch. The min. hole diameter can be as small as one-quarter of plate thickness. Automatic slag removal after piercing will leave a clean surface, avoiding the need for secondary grinding.
High-end Cutting Head for ±45° Multi-shaped Bevels
The high-power laser cutting head works with five-axis 3D bus-based control system to break traditional limitations to deliver ±45° V-, X-, Y-, or K-shaped bevels.
Graphite Plates Featuring Burn Protection
The machine bed is covered with graphite plates that resist high temperature, block laser penetration and stand up to molten slags. This protects the platform and bed from destroy, prolonging the machine’s service life.
Efficient Fume Extraction with Follow-up Blow-suction Design
Blowers mounted on the gantry direct fumes towards the opposite suction inlet. With extraction units installed along one side, the system automatically opens or closes suction inlets based on beam position, boosting fume extraction rate.
Lower Equipment Costs and Energy Consumption
This model can cut ultra-thick plate up to 7.87 inch, which is deemed as a job that would typically need 80kW laser. That cuts initial equipment costs by roughly 60%, along with associated upkeep expenses.
